💡 Inspiration As creators started building beautiful UI projects with Bolt.new, we noticed a gap—there was no centralized place to share, sell, or reuse these templates. Inspired by marketplaces like ThemeForest and Gumroad, we imagined a space where no-code builders could monetize their creations and users could get production-ready UI instantly. That vision became Bolt Mart.

⚡ What it does Bolt Mart is a marketplace built entirely on Bolt.new that allows users to:

Browse and preview ready-to-use Bolt UI templates

Buy templates using integrated payment (RevenueCat)

Subscribe to premium bundles or pro features

Link custom domains to instantly publish

Creators can list templates, track downloads, and manage sales

🛠️ How we built it We used Bolt.new to build every screen of the product—homepage, template listings, payment modals, dashboards, and more.

RevenueCat was used to simulate subscription & payment logic

Supabase handled user authentication and storing template data

A mock backend was designed for early content population

We designed multiple sample templates to simulate real use cases

Deployed the live demo using Bolt’s built-in deployment features

🧱 Challenges we ran into Bolt.new doesn’t yet support deep custom logic, so we had to work creatively with its component system

Integrating real payment APIs like Stripe via RevenueCat inside a no-code tool required some creative workarounds

Time was limited, so we focused on core features and built out a clean MVP instead of going too broad

Simulating multi-user upload and authentication experience with limited backend logic inside Bolt.new

🏆 Accomplishments that we're proud of We built an entire marketplace with templates, authentication, and payments—all using Bolt.new with no traditional coding

Designed a polished, responsive UI with live template previews

Created multiple usable, downloadable Bolt templates

Integrated multiple challenge components (RevenueCat, Supabase, Netlify-style deployment)

📚 What we learned Bolt.new is more powerful than we imagined—it can support full marketplaces, if creatively structured

Working within the constraints of a no-code platform forces you to prioritize usability and flow

Monetization and onboarding can be designed seamlessly using platforms like RevenueCat and Supabase, even in no-code settings
