Inspiration
We wanted binge-watching to become more social! The vision was to be able to connect with other people nearby to binge-watch something you're both interested in. Other ideas for the app included comments from other users that pop up when you're at a certain spot in a show or movie, and inputting your schedule so that the app will tell you when you have time in a week for a movie marathon.
How we built it
Developed front end in android studio and back end in java
Challenges we ran into
Uploading android studio files to github, lots of issues with using android studio, using intents, implementing a UI from java into android studio. We could not integrate the MovieLists and Schedule files into the android app because they were written to be a GUI in java, but we included screen captures of how they worked in IntelliJ.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Learning about firebase database and android studio, making the front page of the app!

Make the live chat/commenting feature, use the scheduling tool
