Inspiration
Creating an infinite, unique experience through a digital art piece.
What it does
It's a Rube Goldberg's absurdist mechanics simulation using simple 3d shapes in space.
How I built it
I used Claude to brainstorm the initial idea, limited the scope after some thought. Also used Cursor to debug in order to save tokens.
Challenges I ran into
This was my third attempt to get a product working. Some APIs were not behaving properly, and I am not technical enough to debug well. I also started a new chat in Bolt after being stuck on a problem for some time.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
I was able to create a fun simulation, which reminds me of screensavers on first computers.
What I learned
Coding is addictive, when you have a tool like Bolt.
What's Next
I am working on another visualization on the study of anticipation.
