Why I built this app?:

I want to build a reminder app for Android to alternate most todo apps on the Playstore because most of them don't have the navigational feature to a saved place.

What Blue Reminder does?:

• Recognize Date and Time automatically, e.g. Book a flight to San Francisco tomorrow at 9 am
• Set and save your destination. When it’s time to go somewhere, you just swipe your finger to open navigation to your place.
• Group your tasks with priority levels: Default, Important, Urgent, Urgent and Important

I use Android Studio and Java

Difficulties:

Android SDK has a steep learning curve so I encountered a lot of bugs.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

I've built a fully-functional Android app in a month. Overcame difficulties and finally made this awesome app.

What I learned

Advanced APIs in Android SDK and development techniques. Use Google APIs in the project.

What's next for Blue Reminder

I'm thinking about an app which can take a photo of food and give a result back to users to tell them whether or not the food is healthy.
