I often find myself navigating waves of depression, and I’ve learned to fully embrace these emotions as a part of my journey. Yet, I also anchor myself in gratitude, finding solace in life’s simple joys like the caress of a gentle breeze or the comforting sound of my father’s voice. I created this song as a heartfelt reminder to myself and to all of humanity that no matter how heavy the heart, everything will be okay.
