Inspiration

The idea for BluBerri Bay was born from my passion for combining simple, fun gameplay with immersive virtual worlds. I wanted to create a space that mobile users could easily access and enjoy, offering a playful escape into a tropical paradise. The quirky blueberry theme was inspired by the joy of creating something unique, vibrant, and universally appealing.

What it does

BluBerri Bay is a tropical virtual world designed for mobile users, serving as the home for the arcade game BluBerri Clicker. In the game, players click blueberries to grow their multiplier, unlock new blueberries, and reveal stunning backgrounds. The world provides a relaxing yet engaging environment, blending casual gameplay with vibrant visuals.

How we built it

I built BluBerri Bay using the Meta Horizon Worlds desktop editor, crafting a tropical beach setting filled with blueberry-themed decorations. The game mechanics for BluBerri Clicker were scripted with the help of Grok, ensuring smooth functionality and an intuitive player experience. Every detail, from the visuals to the gameplay, was optimized for mobile users to ensure accessibility and performance.

Challenges we ran into
