The Problem

Parents of young children often struggle to find the time and resources to shop for safe, high-quality products for their baby’s needs. With so many options on the market, ensuring that products are toxin-free, developmentally appropriate, and convenient can be overwhelming and time-consuming.

The Solution

BloomBox solves this by delivering curated, safe, and essential baby items straight to parents’ doors, offering peace of mind and making parenting a little easier.

Challenges we ran into

A couple of the significant challenges we ran into was trying to implement a 3D model into our project using free online assets and Dora Ai. So for implementing a 3D model, Dora Ai isn't the best at recognizing textures and colors for model importing. One attempt we made was using Spline to design our own assets to export, but that did not work because Spline couldn't export the colors and textures. When using a free asset we found online, the same problem would arise. The reason why Dora Ai was such a big issue is that Figma can export into Dora almost perfectly but the functions of the components for prototyping cannot export. This problem also can't be fixed by exporting the file back after implementing the 3D objects because Figma does not support that kind of animation mapping. While these were fun tools to play with, we realized that this was not the project for 3D asset animations to be implemented. However, we plan to use this experience and what w learned to incorporate it into projects in the future.
