We're all passionate about gender equity in STEM, and we wanted to create a place that can help marginalized genders in STEM feel like they belong.

What it does

It provides a place for marginalized genders in STEM to grow and develop their skills, as well as make meaningful connections and feel a sense of belonging.

How we built it

We created our prototype in Figma

Challenges we ran into

This was a new experience for us, so a lot of the stuff we did was learning on the fly, so the whole project was a new kind of challenge for us.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We're very proud of our idea and its potential to help people, as well as with how our prototype turned out and the work we put into it.

What we learned

A lot about teamwork, design, formatting, and working with tools we hadn't used before.

What's next for Bloom: Growing Together

To be able to keep working on our project and turn it into an actual website that can really help people is the ultimate goal.
