Inspiration
As women in this digital age, we are so fortunate to have so many tools that are built to help and empower women, especially with the help of our mobile devices. One of these tools are period trackers that combine menstrual cycle tracking as well as symptom prediction, and a lot of these period trackers were created mostly to be functional and aesthetic. However, there’s not a method implemented to ensure better accuracy regarding period start nor symptom prediction since everyday tracking is not exactly encouraged. Because of this, we thought to gamify and incentivize everyday tracking with our succulent gardening app – Bloom: Period Tracker. We were inspired by apps that combined functionality and aesthetics as well as being nurture and incentive based.
What it does
It is a period tracker app that incentivizes the user to return the the app to keep the succulents alive. In this way they can become better informed of their cycle and symptoms, while still having fun.
