Inspiration
"Blood and Power" was inspired by the dark side of ambition and how far someone can go when driven by power and dominance. The story reflects human greed, moral decay, and the illusion of control. Each of us follows our own ambitions, striving for power and recognition. Some use power to do good, while others use it to destroy the world...
How we built it
The film was fully created with AI tools. For visuals, I’ve used Hailuo AI and OpenAI Sora, SFX partly with ElevenLabs, and final editing and composition in CapCut. You may have noticed that I used film grain, i like it because my favorite directors Quentin Tarantino and Steven Spielberg use it in their films to add realism and warmth (soul). I just love the way it looks on screen. Since I always loved drawing from childhood it was my own small world where all my characters and I could be whatever I wanted. And now... with AI I can bring my imagination to life. Thank you for this opportunity to be here!
Challenges we ran into
The hardest parts were creating smooth motion without sharp or blurry scenes. AI is great but still not perfect yet :) I also struggled with delivering realistic human movement, dialogue, and emotion. Some wide aerial shots still look less real (sorry about that), its only because I cant yet afford great quality upscaling and some tools on the market.
