Inspiration

The inspiration for this project comes from crypto exchanges like Coinbase, Square POS and local small businesses in the Miami area.

What it does

Our solution enables customers to invest in local small businesses instantly, integrating an investment option directly into the checkout process. Transactions are secured using blockchain technology, ensuring permanent and transparent records for both businesses and investors.

How we built it

We built Bloctap's mvp using LLMs for research

Challenges we ran into

We originally started as a group of three but one team member left us. That was challenging.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We developed a mock demo and website mvp in less than 48 hours.

What we learned

We learned how to make our idea compliant with regulations and the correct product offering for our startup idea being a POS integration and website.
