Inspiration

One of our team member have gone through struggles while contracting a house. He didn't get any reward although the seller broke the contract. So we wanted to solve the problems coming from contracting real estate asset. There are several problems in contracting real estate. The buyer as well as Agent and seller also suffer from those problems.

What it does

Using blockchain and smartcontract, We prevent fraud coming from contracting real estate asset. We designed several method for preventing fraud.

1. By clarifying the identification of agent, We solve unreliable agent problem.
2. By saving contract process to blockchain network, We will make every people can check contract process of all real estate. By that, We prevent double contract problem.
3. By using multi signature smart contract, agent, seller, and buyer have to agree with going to next step of contract process. So any member of contract isn't able to control that contract solely.

How we built it

We made front-end using react and back-end using node.js. We used mongodb for database, ethereum blockchain for making smart contract.

Challenges we ran into

Because we started to learn blockchain just few months ago, designing our service with blockchain was very hard. And It was difficult to implement what we designed in limited time. We succeeded to make some part in time, but others are remained future task.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Despite all the ups and downs, we completed our project!! We all know that the process is important but it doesn't mean anything if we don't have any results. In that respect, I am very proud that our team has made such a great result. In the aspect of teamwork, our friendship has become more strong. In the aspect of technology, we have improved our tech skills

What we learned

we learned more about blockchain system and how to make a optimized smart contract. we learned about system architecture of proper web-site. But the most thing that I think is the co-work.

What's next for BLOCKON

For now, we can just verify identities of users and real estate agent but in the future, we will make trading system to trade real estate assets. Just like, 'Zigbang'(https://www.zigbang.com) and 'Dabang'(https://www.dabangapp.com). After all this steps are finished, we can expand our service to every other contract. such as cars, ships and etc.
