The BAG - OFSP - UFSP proposed to develop a COVID-pass/id to state a persons immunity to the Covid-19 virus

We show how an COVID-immunity register could be developed with aid of a blockchain database.

We built a proof of concept on every part of our blockchain system.

Challenges we ran into were to understand the reliability of antibody test and to build a reliable process. Another challenge was to create a common understanding of the technical aspects within the team.

Accomplishments that we are proud of are the script we developed in such a short period of time.

It is quite complex to integrate different views from health, data science, it and law together.

A blockchain trusted immunity register with a corresponding app could be developed in two weeks.

Additional support should include, funding and further knowledge about immunity to the Covid-19 virus.
