I think that my great learning about blockchain, was that it's not about cryptocurrency only, but a lot of industries being disrupted by this technology.
Blockchain is a decentralized, distributed ledger, that allows transactions to occur in a secure way with no need for a central authority.
Industries that demand trust and security like healthcare, financial services, and the regulatory market are the most suitable for this technology. But markets like livestock, already have initiatives that allow tracking of the value chain and provide trusty about the source of meat for example.
