Block chain is here now
Inspiration Initially I created the small project to assist my 12 year old daughter with a project she wanted to do with her math camp. She wanted to show the other class mates how the bit coin block chain worked and how the technology behind block chain was simple, with a complicated explanation.
What it does Brooke and I, took the graphic interface example from the Steemit block chain, compiled several documents in to Google documents, and then showed the other students in her class how the Block Chain process works.
How I built it We built it with a non technical approach, we used an existing server/machine of mine that uses Tails OS, we used Google Docs, as well as Steemtools.com's graphical interface showing the Steemit Cryptocurrencies Block chain and then basically compiled all of the prior mentioned items in to a small presentation, and that was it.
Challenges I ran into Primarily we didn't have any real technical issues, the only real problems we had was making it to where the students would have something they could see with their actual eyes verses trying to explain a ledger, and the way a block chain holds data in to blocks.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of The real accomplishment was being able to be a Father and assist my daughter in something that was important to her, while at the same time I learned a lot more about how my 12 year old views the world, and the technology in it.
What I learned was that regardless of age technology no matter how complicated or different is viewed and used by everyone.
What's next for Block chain Identify & Explain there is no further plans with this project, as it did complete its mission, we've officially retired it.
