So we created BLOCK BY BLOCK - an AI-native, blockchain-powered intelligent supply chain system that finally gives construction what it has desperately needed: a real brain.

Clean dashboard so site managers don’t need to understand the tech - they just get answers

We’re starting focused (one shipment type, end-to-end) so it can prove value fast on real projects.

Challenges We’re Ready For

We know this won’t be easy - making blockchain actually useful (not buzzword), building trustworthy delay predictions, and designing for non-technical site teams. But we’re excited by the hard parts because they’re exactly what will make this truly great.
