Our app gets you to take regular breaks from staring at your phone or laptop screen

Functionality

  1. Every 20 min (recommended time) you will see a heads-up notification on your phone screen: “Blink recommends:...”
  2. Blink gives a description of exercises which you can perform to reduce your risk of computer eye strain

Future functionality:

  1. Blink will keep track of how much time your phone screen is active and how many breaks you had
  2. It even might remind you to schedule an appointment with your eye doctor
