Problem statement :

In India, while basic education reaches a significant number of specially-abled children, a disheartening reality emerges – a majority of them are unable to progress through higher education. Furthermore, a substantial portion faces an even more significant barrier: limited access to fundamental knowledge due to inadequate resources and an absence of adequately trained educators.

Consequently, a considerable population of specially-abled individuals finds themselves at a crossroads. Many are left without the tools to secure gainful employment, inadvertently becoming dependent on their families for sustenance. Even when possessing commendable education, a pervasive societal mindset prevails, diminishing their capabilities and relegating them to a status below that of their abled peers.

Solution :

We propose a comprehensive solution that addresses both the gaps in education and the societal biases they encounter. Our solution is rooted in the belief that education is the cornerstone of empowerment, and inclusivity is the key to breaking down barriers.

We had designed an online platform that has various segments.The three main sections are courses ,Market ,Jobs.

1.Courses : Here students can enroll themselves in different skills free of cost.And then through interactive classes and workshops personally designed for specially abled peoples.We will be using AI to customize course structure and teaching way according to different different specially abled peoples..Courses vary from tailoring,cooking,pottery to coding and other tech things depending on the current education level.

2.Market : The people after learning the skills will be able to create their own Products/items and list them on our or any other shopping website .In return we will be charging commission on each transaction.

3.Jobs : Many people also desire to get a monthly job and for that we are creating an option for them to search for available jobs at their comfort.

4.Collaboration: Users connecting with other users.By this they can create strong networks and even start a new venture.

5.Chatbot:We understand that our users can not take that much cognitive load, if they find any technical issue.So we are providing them with this chatbot who will answer all their doubts .

Through this holistic online platform, we aim to provide specially-abled individuals with tailored educational resources that match their abilities and aspirations.

Marketplace for the data we collected :

Unemployment is the major problem of developing India. But whenever we talk about this we tend to forget people who are specially abled which are 5-8% of total population i.e, 40 - 80 million. This not only makes their life difficult but also increases their dependance on someone else, maybe their family members. This limits their chances to change their current situation.But the worst is after their family they have no one to depend upon and they end up begging, when left with no choices.

How our website provide earning medium for these specially abled peoples After they learn the required skill, they can easily upload their products on our website or any other and sell them.Many peoples who are already skilled can also use this medium for their promotions and products.

How we are earning When they list their product on our website and it gets sold, then we will charge a very little amount of profit from it. Also after a person successfully completes his/her course and being listed as one of our best sellers, then they must have to conduct sessions for that skill.

Primarily business and making money from it is not our goal.We found it a serious problem and strongly believe that something needed to be done in this domain.
