What it does
Counts toilet flushes and monitors water usage.
How I built it
Using an arduino board and bluetooth to connect to an ios app and record toilet flushes.
BLE - Toilet Flush Counter
Simple way to know how many times your toilet has been flushed, and how much water you're using.
Updates
We coded the iOS app, it uses BLE to connect to the device and collect the flush count. It displays the flush count as you flush if the app is open.
I just checked in the Bluno code as well.
Now for some graphics cleanup :)
We discussed projects this morning and now we are putting some code together and hardware.
I soldered a couple of wires together for a switch to simulate a toiler flush.
I also coded a simple Arduino / BLE program to track the flushes.
