About the Project
Our project is a collaborative venture involving both junior and senior students from Electrical and Electronic Engineering and Information Engineering and Media backgrounds. Our mission was clear-cut: create a fully functional e-wallet payment system.
For the Junior Members:
As newcomers to hackathons, we eagerly embraced the challenge of mastering React.js for the frontend. This was a significant leap for us, transitioning from theory to practical application in the world of web development.
Senior Members:
The seasoned senior members of our team took charge of the backend, intricately setting up the database and APIs. Their wealth of knowledge and guidance were instrumental in navigating the complexities of architecture, security, and seamless payment gateway integration.
We didn't shy away from challenges, especially when it came to integrating payment gateways into our system.
Our primary motivation for participating in this hackathon was self-improvement. We aimed to challenge ourselves, hone our programming skills, and push the boundaries of what we could achieve. Even beyond the submission deadline, we will continue learning and developing the project.
We have plans to further develop and refine our e-wallet payment system, with the ultimate goal of integrating it into our makerspace club, Garage@EEE, as an internal payment solution.
