Inspiration
Our inspiration comes from the theme "Protect the Sharks". We believe that the lack of knowledge in the importance of sharks or the roles they play on earth makes people misbehave towards them. So, we strongly advocate on educating people via our quiz so they understand we all have one planet and every being has their roles to play in order to ensure a balance in our ecosystem.
What it does
Our application educates about sharks first, gives insights about their environment, educates on the importance of sharks and give a quiz to test their knowledge.
How we built it
We built it with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Challenges we ran into
It's actually our first hackathon here at MLH and we are getting used to the way things are done here.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are proud of the fact that we knew sharks more than before and are able to extend our knowledge to other people for the respect of all living being on our blue planet. All lives matter.
What we learned
How to work as a team and the sense of accountability. Everyone must ensure that their part is done for the good of us all.
What's next for Blahaj in the ocean.
We want to keep it simple and hope to distribute flyers with educational content about sharks on beaches where sharks are seen.
