We were motivated to develop a solution that would break down these barriers, foster inclusivity, and empower individuals to make informed financial decisions.
What it does
BlackRock - Financial Accessibility is an innovative financial asset management application that revolutionizes individual financial management. It aggregates various business traits, including spending habits and current market trends, into a single, user-friendly platform. The app provides personalized financial plans tailored to different types of users, serving as a financial companion that simplifies and demystifies asset management. It empowers users to take control of their financial health by offering clarity and guidance in a complex economic world.
How we built it
We built BlackRock - Financial Accessibility by leveraging advanced algorithms and real-time data to offer tailored insights considering global events for asset management and growth. Data is collected from various APIs and sources, including services like "boss-insight" and platforms such as IMF Financial Access Survey Data and The World Bank Global Financial Inclusion Data Bank. The app is designed to utilize the smartphone as a financial advisor, always at the user's fingertips, guiding them through asset management and decision-making.
Challenges we ran into
One of the main challenges we encountered was ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the data collected from different APIs and sources. Additionally, developing sophisticated algorithms for predictive financial analysis posed a significant technical challenge. We also faced design challenges in creating an intuitive and user-friendly interface that caters to the diverse needs of our target audience.
