A Chrome extension that makes your current active tab a digital blackout poetry canvas.

Blackout poetry, sometimes called found poetry, is a type of literary art that traditionally is written by "blacking out" blocks of text in books, newspapers, and articles with permanent markers. Blacklight is a Chrome extension that changes your browsing experience and lets you create a digital blackout poetry canvas on any active tab with text. Simply click the extension button, highlight, and press b to blackout.

To load into Chrome, download the repo. In your browser, go to Settings > More Tools > Extensions. Check the Developer Mode box and turn it on, and click "Load unpacked extension". Locate the downloaded folder, and start creating.
