Decentralised PGP keyserver (via fluence.dev)

Inspiration

In fact we want fluence contracts serve to real world needs, be a servers in serverless infrastructure. So we need maximally simplify interaction with it for say console tools.

Realisation

we made a small tcp proxy for real fluence application. Now we can use telnet to send requests to serve on blockchain.
