Inspiration

We were inspired by apps such as Kahoot! and Quizlet, which give students the opportunity to learn in classroom settings and have fun.

What it does

Our discord bot allows users to add a list of questions and be quizzed in a multiplayer game.

How we built it

We created the discord bot using Python and the Discord API.

Challenges we ran into

Initially, we had tried to get data through sending a url and downloading the questions, but resorted to inputting a list of questions.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of being able to add multiple questions at a time and letting users have flexibility with using commands. We are also proud of the game interaction.

What we learned

We learned how to use the Discord API and present information in a clear way, but our biggest thing we learned was how to work as a team using git.

What's next for Blackboard

We plan on making it so users can add different types of questions and also for implementation in websites and servers. We can set reminders for the upcoming deadlines, send announcements as soon as an announcement was made, and also send when the grade was updated.
