Inspiration

Wanting black communites to unite.

What it does

Helps black people get settled in new communities by showing where other black communities reside across the globe.

How I built it

Map built with google maps api. You can browse through different regions, see the black population percentages, and get a list of black empowerment organizations.

Challenges I ran into

Learning how to build webpages using html (i.e image sources, interactive map, linking pages,etc.)

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

Being able to produce a prototype that relays our vision in 6 hours.
