Inspiration

Being able to build a solution to a common problem people our age face and contributing to reduce inequalities

What it does

It is a virtual marketplace that leverages from DeFi to connect borrowers and lenders. "Collaboration" with cryptocurrency lending companies, with interest being set by the demand for the company's currency (as each company has its own currency)

How we built it

Since this solution would be built for students it would make sense if this app would be developed by university students

Challenges we ran into

Coming up with a solution that would also benefit lenders considering the high risk that these would face.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Defining a proper solution and recording a video within a short timespan. This was only possible since the group worked really hard during their free time

What we learned

How DeFi is already a viable technology that is not only limited to crypto speculation but might also offer a lot of benefits to society, including closing the inequality gaps

What's next for

We will be taking the knowledge gathered throughout these sessions to university and if we find the right people with the skills to help us build this app, we will consider investing our time and develop this app
