BJEP - Sunday Program Cost and Exposure

Inspiration

We were inspired by the Waltham Group's relevance on campus and believe that BJEP could be equally as successful here at Brandeis within the strong Jewish community.

What it does

Our hack lays out a strategy for BJEP to solve its budgetary concerns and increase its exposure through its conversion into a club.

How we built it

We researched potential partners to host BJEP's Sunday Program, as well as looked into how to keep BJEP involved with Brandeis.

Challenges we ran into

It was difficult to get ahead of the higher-ups at Temple Beth Israel, which made the initial planning of a partnership difficult.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are very proud that we were able to bring together a cohesive plan that covers more than one of the pain-points for the non-profit.

We hope that BJEP, Brandeis, and Temple Beth Israel can make a great promising partnership from the connection and recommendations that we created.
