One of our biggest learnings was that small business owners do not need more dashboards—they need better decisions.

Throughout development, we discovered that the most valuable insights come from turning business data into clear, actionable recommendations.

We also learned the importance of designing AI systems that are simple and approachable. Many small business owners are not technical users, so every feature had to provide value without requiring specialized knowledge.

Another key lesson was handling edge cases and uncertainty. Forecasting, recommendations, and business scoring all require thoughtful fallback mechanisms and clear explanations so users can trust the system's outputs.
