The Story Behind BizLens AI
What Inspired Us
The inspiration for BizLens AI came from a simple observation. Our "daddy," Mr. Nico Tubban, had stacks of business cards on his desk and was messaging each contact one by one. Watching him go through this process made us realize there had to be a better way to manage and utilize professional connections. This sparked the idea for BizLens AI—a tool to simplify networking and communication for professionals like him.
What We Learned
Throughout the journey, we learned that networking is both an opportunity and a challenge. Professionals often collect contact details but struggle to act on them efficiently. We discovered that automating repetitive tasks like data entry and email creation could significantly enhance productivity and help users maintain meaningful connections.
How We Built BizLens AI
We started by identifying the key pain points in managing business cards and communication. The core features—text extraction, generative AI for email creation, and direct email sending—were developed to address these challenges. Leveraging computer vision for text recognition and AI models for email drafting, we built a user-friendly mobile application designed for seamless interaction.
The Journey Continues
BizLens AI is currently in the validation stage, gathering insights from real users to refine its functionality. We are excited to see how it evolves and helps professionals save time, enhance communication, and make the most of their networking opportunities.
