Mobile combat and interaction overhaul
BIWAI TCG has received a major usability and mobile-focused update.
What changed
- Reworked combat into a clearer tap-or-drag flow for Attack, Ability, Guard, and Swap.
- Added suggested opening actions and a compact
Auto/Lock Roundcontrol bar. - Made ability dragging preserve the selected ability and show only valid targets.
- Replaced animated target flashing with lightweight static markers and compact relationship/damage previews.
- Improved mobile battle, briefing, victory, and defeat layouts so controls do not squeeze the cards.
- Added direct card inspection: tap to flip and drag to look around without entering a separate mode.
- Rebuilt Team Builder dragging for mouse and touch, including edge auto-scroll.
- Refined pack-opening actions and fixed desktop hover overflow, button overlap, and scroll jumps.
- Fixed card-drag freezes in Recent Pulls, Collection, treatment variants, and other linked card surfaces.
The original gameplay video still represents BIWAI TCG's concept, visual direction, and core loop, but several combat mechanics and mobile interactions have been redesigned since it was recorded. The current playable build contains the latest version.
This release is backed by 124 passing unit and integration tests plus focused desktop and mobile browser coverage across combat targeting, pack opening, card inspection, team building, and responsive result layouts.
