Inspiration
I developed the BitTrade web app, which informs the user about the latest Bitcoin related prices, news and charts. It makes sense to create an Alexa skill which uses the depending services.
What it does
You can ask for the latest Bitcoin prices and calculate the exchange rate for your currency.
How I built it
I hooked into the existing APIs of http://bitTRA.DE and transformed the depending infos into Alexa sentences.
What's next for BitTrade
http://bitTRA.DE provides a price prediction for the next hours, which I also want to implement.
