Inspiration
Coming from traditional money remittances we see a huge opportunity for solving the problem of cash in and cash out for digital assets. There is too much friction and a complicated process for caching out in a fiat currency, we want to make it as simple as Swap.
What it does
Like a swap between digital assets, we want to swap between digital assets and fiat currency.
How we built it
We leveraged our existing payment channels and extend them to support crypto assets.
Challenges we ran into
Compliance with country-specific regulations and building a compliance rule set to match each individual case.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Ability to payout in 40 countries today within a matter of minutes.
What we learned
The two worlds of crypto and banking are on a collision course. It is a matter of time before they collide. Interoperability between digital assets and local fiat currency needs to be fast and seamless. Like credit cards and debit cards revolutionized the banking system we want to be the bridge between the two worlds.
