BitGig

Bitgig is the next generation e-marketplace! Through the app, people can find services and goods being offered by other users of the app, and can easily pay them using bitcoin. Our app lets users post a gig, which consists of a time limit by which the gig must be completed, and the bitcoin reward for doing so. The app then notifies other users of the gig. When an interested user applies to complete the gig, the requester can either accept or reject them based on user ratings. If the requester accepts a provider's service, the provider is paid with bitcoin upon completion of the gig. The transactions are extremely fast, as the requester shows a QR code on their smartphone and the provider simply scans the QR code to obtain the bitcoins. We process the payments through BitPay which is a secure platform for Bitcoin transactions.
