Inspiration
Websites are things many small business not like in general - and sure as hell don't like updating them. Not their specialty, and generally a chore. They often get out of date with basic stuff like hours, and then unhappy customers can result.
I'd love to make a simple tool that can handle this in a background way for small business; and possibly use it as a lead gen tool for my business.
What it does
Scrapes their website, and google places api, and attempts to do a smart compare of the data to identify discrepancies.

Challenges we ran into
Pure vibe coding is not my forte.
It actually doesn't really work either! Its close, but not actually parsing hours properly from most sites which was really the main value i was hoping for!
Accomplishments that we're proud of
I got to play with some tools i don't use regularly!
What we learned
That i'll generally stick to cursor for dev.
What's next for Bis Data Discrepancy Checker
Probably not much! But we'll see.
