Have you ever booked your flight or stay using your Gmail? If so, you’ve probably experienced that Google Calendar automatically creates an event for you. Everything important is right at your fingertips without having to go through each individual email. We aim to bring the same level of convenience and much more to the B2B world.

What it does

Our tool extracts and visualizes order-relevant information, such as order number, delivery date, and tracking number from email inboxes. We do this by classifying emails into order-specific categories, such as order, order confirmation, and shipping notice, and a non-order-specific category. In a second step, we extract information from order-specific events to pre-fill forms and empower procurement employees to semi-automatically extract and visualize order-specific events. This makes the procurement process faster, more accurate, and reduces mistakes. This saves time and enhances productivity for the procurement world.
