The inspiration behind this project was the increasing prevalence of cyber attacks and data breaches across various sectors. Seeing the repercussions, I felt the necessity to introduce an effective and foolproof solution that could elevate the security measures in place.

During the development of this project, I delved deeper into biometric technologies and understood their various intricacies. It was fascinating to learn how unique biological traits could be used to ensure a high level of security. I also gained insight into hashing algorithms and how to store sensitive biometric data securely in a web application's database.
