Inspiration

The idea for BioCortex began with a simple idea when our founder had been determined to help his sister who developed hearing impairment to experience the world in full once more. We started with 5 founders whom all shared a vision of making everyday life easier for disabled and paralysed people

What it does

BioCortex is a sustainable brain-chip which connects diverse groups of people all over the world like never before. This helps you in daily life and even restoring independence to the physically impaired.

How we built it

While building BioCortex we ran into several problems. With our goals to create a powerful and safe device which is implanted into the human body safety is a must, achieving this required years of iterations to make sure it meets global safety standards. Furthermore, we worked hard to create a device which made sure we didn't sacrifice cost for quality.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

At BioCortex, we are proud of everything. The work we've done in the last few years from 2017, have made tremendous steps in technological advancements.

What we learned

We learnt that building solutions is about listening not just problem solving. Listening to the needs of people and listening to people's safety concerns or concerns over the environment. The journey taught us patience and resilience.

What's next for BioCortex

What is ahead? We are scaling production worldwide to ensure that everyone has access to BioCortex. We are ensuring waste is reduced even more by diverting them outside of landfills and oceans through our recycling program.
