Overview Wrist-Wearable Health Monitoring Device Plan You are designing a modular wrist-wearable health monitoring device with swappable battery functionality. This device uses an ESP32 microcontroller and integrates several biomedical sensors. The power system is designed with a dual battery concept, where one battery is in use and the other is charging externally. This allows for continuous operation and user convenience. Sensors Main Sensors Used:-----------------

  1. MAX30003 - ECG Sensor (for cardiac signal acquisition)
    1. MAX30102 - Pulse Oximeter & Heart Rate Sensor (SpO2 and HR)
    2. Skin Temperature Sensor (e.g., DS18B20, or analog skin-contact thermistor)
    3. GSR Sensor (for stress or skin resistance)
    4. Touch Sensor (for user interaction, placed at top of watch) Power System Power System Design:--------------------- Battery Type: 3.7V 500mAh to 1000mAh LiPo with JST-2pin connectors- Charging Module: TP4056 (Micro USB/Type-C input, LiPo charging)- Regulator: 3.3V LDO (AMS1117 or HT7333) to supply sensors and ESP32- Swappable Battery Concept: One battery in use, other on external charger Wrist Implementation Wrist-Only Implementation Plan:------------------------------ Wrist-Wearable Health Monitoring Device Plan- All sensors are fixed into a compact PCB designed to fit in a wristwatch form.- The ECG electrodes are integrated into the rear case and one side of the strap.- The GSR and temperature sensors are also contact-based, mounted on the inner side.- Touch sensor is placed on top of the watch for manual interaction or wake-up.- BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) used via ESP32 for data transmission to mobile app or cloud. Advantages Advantages of Modular Battery System:-------------------------------------- Zero downtime with removable, swappable battery modules- User-friendly for continuous health monitoring- External charging ensures wristwatch safety and longer device life What's Next Next Steps You Can Take:------------------------- Design PCB layout with marked pads for all sensors- Integrate JST battery socket with protection & polarity marking- Add ADC voltage reading code to ESP32 for battery monitoring- Develop charging cradle for external battery with TP4056
