After the complete analysis of the market we have planned to manufacture oxo-biodegradable plastic bags. These plastic bags will decompose when exposed to sunlight in reacting with oxygen. This will save the environment to much extent from land pollution. Nowadays in Karachi, Rawalpindi and Islamabad polythene bags are completely banned and the industry is moving to manufacture this environment friendly product. The government of Pakistan has has reduced 6% import duty on these petroleum products to encourage the manufacturing of Bio-degradable plastic bags. The manufactures do not need to change the whole process. They just need to add a small amount of imported Polypropylene to make it Bio-degradable. Bio-degradable bags will protect water pollution, land pollution and will be beneficial for packaging healthy food products. These will be 20% less costly for the the consumer.
