Bio-care Project

Inspiration

Our project is a device that consist of two parts. The first part is a human temperature sensing system to detect the user temperature regularly. This part helps the user to get information about an important section of the symptoms through an application that presents the data that collected by the temperature sensing system. The second part is a protection system that avoids the user from touching the face mask because this makes him vulnerable to infection. When the user wears the mask, he has the option to choose the type of mask that he wears and the app will make a timer to determine the time of expiration of the mask to the user and sends alarm when he is approaching from touching the mask.

What it does

Our solution consists of two parts, the first part is the device and the second part is the application. The device includes human temperature sensing system that is put on the head of the user to regularly detect the temperature and sends the data to the application to show for the user and give him advice according to the data. The device also includes a protection system that is put on the nose of the user to send alarm to the application in case of the user try to touch his mask and then the phone is ringing. The application requires the ID of the user for first use, that helps the government in making stats about the injured people and helps people in the home quarantine to communicate with the government in case of needing medicines that are not available. The application idea can include other diseases like diabetes, pressure, and colon, and then the application data can help drug companies know the amount of drugs required for these chronic diseases.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

Competitors solutions may cover a category like providing the suitable advices to the users and the drugs. Our project covers those categories and also regularly checks temperature symptom which is considered one of the most important symptoms of corona. Not that only but also it sends the data to the user through the application and tell him how to handle with this case. Other competitors may provide the service of information about pharmacies that have medicines, but our application provide the service of communicate with the government medical sector to give the user what he needs from drugs and care in case of he couldn’t reach his needs from the pharmacies. Our project presents a solution to people who have infection by touching the mask through a protection system which sends alarm to the user when he is approaching from touching the mask. Other competitors ideas present a solution for coronavirus time, but our application can be applied after the virus has ended by including data about other diseases and for the medical sector who are susceptible to viruses in operations.

What's next for Bio-care Project

We thought about other solutions that can make our application more useful. One of those solutions is adding an option of proposing the pharmacies where the medicine is needed for the injured. Another solution is providing the patient with the opportunity to communicate with the specialist, in case of consulting. We can add option of suggesting programs and applications for the user that raises his morale and improves his psychological state, and this helps the injured and uninfected to strengthen immunity and the ability to handle with the current conditions without experiencing depression.
