Binghamton Rundle

Inspiration

Wordle, Fitness apps, Pokemon go

What it does

Rundle creates a random path on campus every day. It tracks location and time, and updates the time it takes you to get from start to finish and saves it to the leaderboard.

How we built it

with react-native and expo go to test

Challenges we ran into

Our group couldn't use swift and also didn't know how expo go worked. We were also new to using github, and spent a good amount of time at the beginning figuring out how to merge our independent changes.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We got past the challenges and setbacks, making solid progress within the first day. What we learned in that time is also valuable

What we learned

We learned how expo go works, and how react-native and typescript work. We also learned a bit about version control using Github.

What's next for Binghamton Rundle

Perhaps we'll make an app just called Rundle
