What's next for Billy Kennedy BMX Creator Gamespace

Here is a draft for your Project Story that connects your BMX brand with your vision for the future of creator-owned spaces in VR.

I've formatted this in Markdown so you can copy and paste it directly into the text box on your screen.

The Vision: From Feed to World

As a content creator (@billy_kennedy_bmx), I’ve always looked for new ways to engage with my community. The current landscape of creation is 2D—we post videos, people watch them, and they scroll on. My vision is that the next era of the creator economy is immersive. Creators won't just own a "channel"; they will own worlds.

This project, Creator Gamespace, is my proof of concept for that future. I wanted to build a space that feels like an extension of my personality—chaotic, fun, and high-energy—where my fans can actually step inside and hang out, rather than just watching from a screen.

What It Is

I built this world to be the ultimate "Billy Kennedy" playground. It combines my two biggest loves: action sports and chaotic fun.

  • The Skatepark: A fully rideable city-themed environment with concrete stairs and ramps, capturing the grit of street riding but with a stylized, cartoon twist.
  • The Arena: A laser tag zone for high-octane battles, because sometimes you just need to blast your friends.
  • The Vibe: It’s bright, cel-shaded, and features my signature cartoon banana avatar to keep the tone lighthearted and welcoming.

How I Built It

Using Meta Horizon Worlds, I focused heavily on environmental storytelling. I didn't want a hyper-realistic city; I wanted something that felt like a living cartoon. I used simple geometric shapes and custom textures to create a "cel-shaded" look that runs smoothly on mobile headsets while keeping the visual identity strong. Balancing the physics for the "rideable" areas while keeping the laser tag combat fair was my biggest challenge, requiring constant playtesting to get the flow right.

The Future

This is just the start. I plan to host live VR meetups and "ride days" in the skatepark. The goal is to show other creators that they can build their own digital clubhouses, turning passive followers into active participants in a world they own.
