Inspiration We were inspired by oranges and we used our background in chemical engineering to create this beautiful device.
What it does
Rotates Billy the orange using batteries powered by oranges.
How we built it
Arduino, chemical engineering, electrical engineering, computer engineering. Just about everything in one package.
Challenges we ran into
Keeping Billy stable on the platform. Incorporating the hundreds of oranges into the project. Incorporating human touch into the arduino system.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Generating 8.4V and 2mA of battery to power the system.
What we learned
We learned how to use arduino and incorporate chemistry into our hardware.
What's next for Billy
Providing entertainment to all.
