BillPilot: the everyday agent that only interrupts when it matters

BillPilot is a rebuilt, win-caliber household-bills agent powered by a multi-agent Strands swarm. An Orchestrator coordinates IntakeAgent, RiskAgent, TreasurerAgent, and CommsAgent to handle bills end-to-end while escalating only unexpected or risky situations.

What makes it trustworthy

• Deterministic policy engine (YAML): auto-pay caps, trusted payees, a new-payee gate, and a funding buffer.
• Hash-chained audit ledger: every decision is verifiable; verification passes with python -m billpilot.verify_ledger.
• Scenarios: surprise subscription, duplicate utility, new payee, and low balance.
