Inspiration
Tracking billable hours is something every service business struggles with. It’s often scattered, time-consuming, and frustrating. We wanted to create a tool that makes time tracking effortless instead of a chore.
What it does
Our tool lets teams quickly log their hours, link them to clients and projects, and generate clean reports for invoicing. It brings clarity, structure, and efficiency to something that usually feels messy.
How we built it
We spoke with consultants, freelancers, and operations teams to understand their pain points and built the product around real workflows. A clean interface and a fast, reliable backend became our foundation, refined through continuous feedback.
Challenges we ran into
Finding the right balance between simplicity and power was a recurring challenge. We had to design something intuitive enough for daily use yet flexible enough for businesses with complex billing structures.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Integrating AI. It cuts down admin time and brings much-needed clarity to how projects progress.
What we learned
The less people have to think about time tracking, the better. Smart defaults, small UX details, and a clear design make all the difference.
