The Seattle city has a well developed infrastructure for cyclists. Bikes are a great way to get around while minimizing our carbon footprint. However, we also need racks to park our bikes when we reach our destination. A common problem, similar to finding parking for cars, is that we arrive at our destination only to find that all the bike racks have completely filled up.
