Biggest Fan

We want sports fans to have the chance to express their passion and support for their favorite team(s) and compete for their "seven seconds of fame". Key features are an inner fanbase so that fans can follow each other and a level system for each fan such as "bandwagoner" to the "biggest fan" to compete for this position.
