A decision making model

Inspiration

This idea of "Baymax-19" is inspired by one of the challenges of #EUvsVirus. As a big fan of Baymax in the disney movie, Big hero 6, living under the quanritine of Covid-19, I felt like a kind of tool to spot the irregular, support healthcare, which not limiting to virus, but also including next pendamic, other acute/latent disease, nutrition disorder, mental health(suicide alert) etc.

What it does

A "permanent observatory" to collect data on the behaviour and the habits of the population, in order to place preventive measures to reduce the risk of a new emergency.

How I would like to build it

There are several factors that I think would become important features for "Baymax-19".

1. Anonymous An important feature to keep the observatory alive, to build trust in online users without invading the privacy of the population.

2. Efficient data management system If put into practice, what data to store, how to save the storage space would become a headache without an efficient data management system.

3. Available database Is there any twitter database available?

4. Predictive model Such as LSTM to predict the routine behaviour, sematic analysis to detect the motives of a twitter/blog/status etc.
