Inspiration

Client in construction industry wanted an efficient way of capturing comparing bids in simple way.

What it does

the key functionalities of the app, involve tracking bids, comparing prices, and analyzing the lowest price options. It provides a clear indication of the purpose and price of bidders summarized in a concise way.

Others may use this Doc to Create a first draft of a Bid Doc by answering a few questions from submitted Bids.

This template allows you to compare multiple items from three (or more) different bidders and determine the lowest bid for each item. The "Lowest Bidder" column helps you identify which bidder submitted the lowest bid for each item.The "Lowest Buyout" column helps you identify which lowets price to Buyout a project. It starts with Bid Starter questions and generates A Bid doc with Coda AI.

Sustainability in bid processes can keep track of bidders on each sections of bids.

How we built it

Having a good knowledge of Bid selection issues, I created a PDF that outlined the Problems that crop up in Contractor bids. And How an app is solving It. Understand Coda AI: Study the documentation to learn hands on to Use Coda. It was first time using Coda . Learn how to include pre-built tables, extract the relevant information from formulas,and layouts. Generated a draft Bid Doc with Coda AI
